Several methods can be used for the submission of proposals.  The method of submission shall be stated on Tender.

eTender

eTender is the more common system for the submission of proposals, reducing substantially the time spending and guarantee the transparency and confidentiality at the same time.

Tender Submitted By Closed Envelope

Proposal from suppliers should be submitted in closed envelope which to be delivered to the Reception located at the ground floor of CEM Head Office, at the following address:

Macau

Upon delivery of the proposal, the slip “Receipt of Proposals” will be issued by CEM personnel to confirm receipt of the document. 

Unless otherwise specified in the Tender, proposals should be submitted within CEM office hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

                                 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
