Since its inception in 2000, CLC has been serving as a communication channel between CEM and customers in different sectors, further enhancing CEM’s transparency and public knowledge towards CEM.
CLC members are nominated from delegates of different social groups and organizations, and from representatives of the relevant departments of CEM. The number of members has expanded from 27 in the first term to 35 of the current 10th term.
