Tariff Group A
Tariff Group A [1] is available for customers supplied by low-voltage network (230/400 V) with the following conditions:
- With a subscribed demand up to 69 kVA; or
- With a subscribed demand higher than 69 kVA if they are not included in tariff groups B and C.
The charge under the tariff group A includes the following items:
Subscribed Demand (in unit of kVA)
Maximum electric load available through the connection of supply as stated in the supply contract, and controlled by the meter size and protection device.
Consumption (in unit of kWh)
Total units of electricity consumed during the billing period.
Tariff Clause Adjustment
Adjustment in tariff to reflect fluctuation in energy production cost that is fixed quarterly.
Government Tax
Monthly tax payable for the usage of electrical installation.

Conditions
Customers of tariff group A who do not fulfill the criteria of tariff classes A2, A3 and A4.

- Customers should present a specific document issued by competent authorities confirming the above requirement.

A4 Social Support Tariff
Conditions
- Customers entitled to public assistance, with a subscribed demand up to 6.9 kVA and monthly consumption over the last six months that does not exceed 120 kWh;
- Customers should present a valid social assistance card issued by the Social Welfare Institute (IAS);
- This tariff is automatically applied if the above consumption and registration requirements are met.
