BNU x CEM e-Bill and Autopay Service Promotion

 

Purpose:Customers are encouraged to use the eco-friendly e-Bills and pay their electricity bills through autopay. Easy and convenient!
Promotional offers:

From now until 28 February 2025, customers newly apply for CEM e-Bill service will receive a rebate of MOP 50 for each successful electricity contract application. 

Additionally, customers who apply for BNU Autopay Service will receive an extra autopay rebate of MOP 50 for each contract, with a maximum rebate of MOP 100.

How to apply:

CEM e-Bill: Customers must apply through this promotional QR code to receive the rebate.

Autopay Service: Customers can apply at the service counters of CEM customer service centres or BNU branches, or via the QR code below on the BNU website or BNU APP.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. BNU x Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM) e-Bill and Autopay Service Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 11 November 2024 to 28 February 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This Promotion is only applicable to the new applicants for CEM e-Bill service and BNU autopay service for electricity bill payment.  Customers who cancel their existing service on or after 11 November 2024 and re-apply for the e-Bill or autopay services will not be eligible for the corresponding promotional offers.
  3. Customers must apply for CEM e-Bill through a designated promotional webpage, each successful application of an electricity contract will receive a MOP 50 electricity rebate; Additionally, if customers  simultaneously apply for autopay service successfully through BNU counter, online banking, BNU App, or CEM Customer Service Centres, they will receive an additional MOP 50 rebate per electricity contract, with      a maximum rebate of MOP 100 per electricity contract.
  4. The electricity rebate will be directly deducted from the next electricity bill after successful application for the e-Bill service.
  5. The autopay rebate will be credited to the customers’ respective account or credit card within one month after successful application for autopay service.
  6. Customers must pay their electricity bills via autopay service through BNU on or before 31 March 2025.
  7. The rebates non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
  8. If customers cancelled the related service(s) within 6 months after successful application, the issued rebate amount will be deducted from the next electricity bill and/or BNU account after the service cancellation.
  9. BNU and CEM have the right make final decision on all applications.
  10. BNU and CEM reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and may withdraw or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. Customers can check the latest information on the CEM website at www.cem-macau.com and BNU website at www.bnu.com.mo.
  11. In case of any dispute regarding to this promotion, BNU and CEM reserve the right make the final decision.
  12. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese, Portuguese, and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
