Please prepare your electricity bill (which contains your contract number) and personal information, click here to “Apply Now”. You may also apply through CEM APP, Info Line (28339911), fax (28339912), email or visit our customer service centres.
I. Via e-mail: Please login to your e-mail and click the activation link after application. The service will then be activated.
II. Via SMS: The service will be activated immediately after application.
III. Via push notification (CEM WeChat/ CEM APP): Please follow CEM WeChat and bind your e-Service account or download CEM APP, log in to your e-Service and add the contract of your electricity bill after application. The service will then be activated.
You can preview current month’s bill via e-Service, CEM APP and WeChat service, or bind your contracts as contract holder to access the bills for past 12 months.
E-Bills can replace paper bills as proof of address for government or banking services.
Electricity bill contract holders can check and download the bill as address proof at any time through e-Service, CEM APP or CEM WeChat.
You can reprint the bills not only in Service Counters at CEM and Macao Water, but also though Kiosks at 3 ICBC (Macau) branches: Trust Leisure Garden, Hap Fu and La Cite branches.
To protect the environment and reduce paper consumption, you can select either paper bill or e-Bill. No paper bill will be issued once you have switched to e-bill.
The payment methods for e-bills and paper bills are the same, and electricity bills can also be paid through a variety of payment channels.
You can easily pay your electricity bill anytime, anywhere through e-Payment channels. It’s convenient and time saving. You can also present the payment QR code and pay at convenience stores, Macau Water and CEM counters.
