Which payment options for electricity bill are available at CEM Service Counters?
You can pay the electricity bill by cash, cheque, Macau Pass, or through "Simple Pay”.
How to pay my electricity bills?
You can pay your electricity bills by the following payment options:
- Autopay
- e-Payment: The e-Payment platforms in cooperation with CEM
- Service Counters at CEM, Macao Water, Post Offices, 7-Eleven, Circle K
- Internet Banking
- Phone Banking
- Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
- Cheque Box set up at CEM building entrance or
- Mail cheque

How can I pay my electricity bill while I am away from Macau?
You can apply for Autopay service in advance or settle the bill through the e-Payment platforms in cooperation with CEM anytime, anywhere at their Mobile App. In addition, you can also make advanced payment through CEM eService or through CEM APP or NK+.
How can I pay the Connection Charge/Job Cost?
You can pay through CEM eService, or Mobile APP including CEM APP and NK+ by inputting the 12-digit application numbers or in person at CEM Customer Service Centers using cash or cheque.
