This morning at 10:19 am, a 0.1 second voltage dip happened at the high-voltage power network, sensitive equipment might be affected by this brief impact.

Basically overall power supply was not affected. Some customers might experience the lights dimmed or flickered; certain sensitive to voltage changes power equipment, such as elevators, operation might be temporary suspended due to protection device activated.

Root cause is currently under investigation. CEM apologized for any inconvenience caused to the customers.
