Result announcement for “CEM e-Service Registration” Lucky Draw

“CEM e-Service Registration” Lucky Draw, launched by CEM, was held between June and July to promote the convenience of CEM e-Service. Lucky Draw gave away total 250 prizes of MOP200 free electricity quota.  The activity was well received by the public with over a thousand of citizens registered for CEM e-Service.  

Lucky draw was held at CEM Building recently, presided by Jane Leong, Customer Services Department Senior Manager, and Jaclyn Iun, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Communications Office Manager, and witnessed by the representative of the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.

Jane said that online service has long become a main trend. CEM attaches great significance to customer service in all aspects. To offer customers a more convenient browsing and one-stop service experience, CEM launched a newly-designed website by incorporating the existing corporate website and the “e-Service portal” into an integrated service platform based on the browsing habits of today’s users, together with “e-Service App”. Customers can perform service application via CEM website and e-Service App, including applying for new supply, changing account name, terminating contract, submitting self-reading, making meter reading appointment, changing bill language and e-mail address as well as applying for payment reminder and e-Bill, etc. Customers can experience the comprehensive and attentive service without visiting CEM’s Customer Services Centre in person.

The result has been uploaded onto CEM website and CEM’s Facebook fan page, www.facebook.com/CEMMacao. Winners will be notified by SMS. The free electricity quota will be credited to the August bill of registered electricity contracts. For enquiry, please call 8393 1217.
