CEM has completed the repair of customer substations

Macau, 26 August 2017

CEM has completed the repair of customer substation facilities damaged by "Hato". If your power still has not been restored, please execute the following steps:

  1. If other units in your building have power restored, but not yours. Check whether there is a fuse trip occurred, if yes, switch on the main switchboard to restore power.
  2. If the power of the whole building has not yet been restored, please contact property Management Company or hire an experienced electrical contractor to check your building's power facilities. If the power still cannot be restored after executing the above steps, please e-mail to customer.centre@cem-macau.com or contact 2833 9922. We will send crew to follow up. Thank you for citizens' cooperation and patience in the past few days.

Attention: DO NOT attempt to repair damaged electrical facilities or cables by yourself under any circumstances.
