CEM has basically completed the repair of customer substations in low-lying areas

For the reasons of the public safety and securing power supply equipment, CEM took the initiative to deploy electricity suspension measures for some of the customer substations in low-lying areas. The repair of affected customer substations is basically completed. If your power still has not been restored, please execute the following steps:

If other units in your building have power restored, but not yours. Please check whether there is a fuse trip occurred, if yes, switch on the main switchboard to restore power.
If the power of the whole building has not yet been restored, please contact

CEM at 2833 9911 or 2833 9922. If the lines are busy, customers may report to us on CEM website: https://www.cem-macau.com/en/OnlineService/ReportIncident/Index/. We will send crews to follow up; or
