With Christmas approaching, CEM Ambassadors Team has joint hands with volunteers from Macau Federation of Trade Unions, General Residents Association of Macau, Women’s General Association of Macau, Aliança de Povo de Instituição de Macau and Caritas de Macau to organize a film screening event before Christmas, in a bid to send blessings and care during this festive season.

On the day of the event, nearly 200 participants including CEM Ambassadors, volunteers and 45 needy families enjoyed a Christmas cartoon movie together at Cinema Alegria. Afterwards, each child received a gift pack from CEM Ambassadors as a token of wish for progress in their studies and a merry Christmas. The atmosphere was welcoming and harmonious.

Cecilia Nip, Director of CEM Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Communications Office, said that since its establishment, CEM Ambassadors Team has been focusing on the needs of people from different social strata, making them feel loved and warm through regular and diversified activities. This time the response was overwhelming, with a large number of people joining the event. Every child can feel the warmth during Christmas time and we are satisfied and happy to see their smiles.
