Business arrangements and enhanced disinfection for CEM’s Customer Service Centres

In response to the epidemic of the new coronavirus, CEM has made the following arrangements for its Customer Service Centres:
All customers are required to have their body temperature checked and put on a mask when entering the Customer Service Centre. In order to reduce the risk of virus transmission, thorough cleaning and disinfection will be performed at the Customer Service Centre every two hours, during which our service will be suspended. Details are as follows:

11:00 – 12:00 | Service suspended for disinfection |
12:00 – 14:00 | Normal operations |
14:00 – 15:00 | Service suspended for disinfection |
15:00 – 17:45 | Normal operations |
