CEM will launch again the public tours of its Energizing Tour to Coloane Power Station on 17 and 18 August (Saturday and Sunday). The Tour was first introduced in 2009 for citizens to learn more about CEM's operations and to get to know how electricity is generated in Macau. Over 42,000 citizens have already visited the power station. 

There will be three group tours on each of the above dates., from 09:00 to 11:30, 13:15 to 15:45, and 16:15 to 18:45, in which all citizens can participate, free of charge. Participants will ride on CEM's e-bus, receive a trendy souvenir and enter a lucky draw with the chance to win cash coupons. 

During the visit, citizens will have the opportunity to see up close some of the main infrastructures of the power station, such as the control room,  gigantic generators and transformers,  take fun photos in different spots, visit, experience smart appliances in the "smart home" showroom, get to know more about EV charging network in Macau, plus have the chance to take CEM limited edition mini-mascots home through playing our fun gacha-machine, in short, an unique experience that they will not soon forget.

There is maximum 44 seats per tour. Interested citizens must be a fan of CEM’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CEMMacao, tag 5 friends in the Facebook post and fill out the online registration form during registration period (from now until 2 August 2024). Enrollment priority will be first given to those who have never participated in CEM’s Public Tour. Each person can register up to a maximum of 4 persons.
