With the Chinese New Year around the corner, Companhia de Electricidade de Macau - CEM, S.A. (CEM) collaborated with the Iao Hon Community Center of the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macau (UGAMM) to organize "Free Haircut For Seniors at Spring Festival", visited nearly 60 seniors. CEM Ambassadors team also presented gift bags and festive blessings to the seniors, spreading warmth and care to celebrate the holiday together.

Many seniors arrived early, eagerly waiting to greet the New Year with a fresh new look. Jaclyn Iun, Senior Manager of CEM Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Communications Office, along with 9 CEM Ambassadors, assisted UGAMM volunteers in helping seniors achieve their ideal hairstyles. They engaged with the seniors, listening to their stories and sharing moments from their lives. The atmosphere was warm and lively, filled with laughter. 

After receiving their haircuts, the seniors looked refreshed and wore bright smiles, expressing their gratitude to the CEM Ambassadors and volunteers. This experience made every CEM Ambassador and volunteer present feel the power of warmth. Finally, the Ambassadors, accompanied by a CEM staff dressed as the God of Fortune, presented the seniors with red packet and gift bags, wishing them a happy New Year and good health.

As an integral part of the community, CEM has organized various community service projects, sharing love and care with underprivileged groups. CEM will continue to actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility, continuously empowering each other and contributing to the building of a harmonious and inclusive community in Macau.
